About this case
This patient had a conservative breast reduction. She wanted to maintain her full breast, but also desired a smaller and more shapely appearance. Performing a breast reduction as a cosmetic surgery allows the surgeon to dictate exactly how much breast tissue needs to be removed. If you use insurance, the insurance company dictates how much breast tissue they required be removed.
